Pool area was great. Plenty of beds, water temp perfect, clean and deep end not too deep (I could stand at all times). Cleaning of rooms every day. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. Staff work so hard, long hours. Very friendly

The Hotel may be a little tired and in need of refurbishment, however, the staff were excellent particularly David at the front desk and Mimo in the restaurant. The Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and was surprisingly good. The Pool and lunch area was very well maintained and clean. The Hotel always felt clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful with a special mention for the Accommodation cleaning team. Despite it's tired interior, the overall experience made it a very good Hotel to stay in and I would return again

The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially on reception. I missed breakfast one morning and a lovely lady behind reception arrange for the kitchen to bring me a coffee, croissant and juice. Our room was one of the new rooms on the 3rd floor which was modern and we were very pleased with it (The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor and very dated). The air con was great and ensured our room was lovely and cool. The hotel was so clean, in all areas. The cleaners cleaned our rooms daily.

The outdoor pool is a very good size with plenty of adjustable chairs and sunshades. The outdoor bar with tables in the shade is very good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to give good service even though I arrived quite early. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing generally (I was there the weekend of some Euros matches!) which suits me. The room was comfortably cool in the heat.

Very clean the staff were very helpful and lovely to talk too. The pool and bar were good facilities. Breakfast had adequate choice there was construction but it did not affect our stay. The showers were powerful

Lovely property, airing on the side of out dated. very relaxing no rushing or problems getting a space around the pool. Staff helpful. Great breakfast. Room has stocked mini fridge tea coffee making facilities. Plenty of storage and WiFi signal good.

Room was a touch on the small side, but overlooked the pool with a large communal balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Large pool was none too busy and sun loungers were great with an adjustable headrest/sunscreen

lovey hotel with good pool area and room was amazing. We had the junior suite with sauna and jacuzzi bath. Very clean and lovely view of the lake.

The breakfast was really nice. A good selection of fruits, cereals, hot and cold food. The breakfast bar/self service area was a little cramped when busy. The outdoor pool was excellent, plenty of sunbeds, clean and tidy with a handy snack bar.
